CT born & raised Ric Cunningham has been on the local scene on and off for over 30 years. After graduating Berklee College of Music he moved around the country recording and touring with his sax with several well known artists including Joe Cocker, Joe Perry (Aerosmith), Matt Guitar Murphy, Temptations, and the Four Tops. After the release of his solo CD, ‘Adventures in the Modern Lounge’, Ric has taken on the persona of Mr. Lounge, a tongue and cheek nod to classic Lounge Music with a Contemporary Smooth Jazz flavor. More than just background music, Ric takes control of the party and creates a fun and memorable evening covering jazz, Latin, lounge and pop music.
